Our client is an omni channel costume and apparel retailer, It is a business that generates turnover of £10m and has a truly global reach with in excess of 80% of revenues generated overseas. It has won a number of awards across business and marketing with a particular highlight being it’s recognition as one of Britain’s fastest growing companies in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 (position 16). It has 20 employees and operates from offices in Edinburgh and London.
Due to continued growth client are looking to add a Sales Administrator to support their 2 sales directors. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced growing organisation who are invested in developing staff.
Initially your role will be supporting sales directors with follow up of price lists and samples and you would then progress on to looking after clients yourself and being responsible for the full process.
You will gain a Modern apprenticeship in Digital Applications as part of this role.
- Customer selling:- taking orders, sharing imagery, price lists and catalogues.
- Order entry into Volo (sales fulfilment platform)
- New Line form completion for key customers
- Monthly Trade emails promoting new costumers, special deals, specific selling occassions.
- Trade show prep – booth design, materials development such as catalogues and team itinerary
- Stock analysis
Someone who can work autonomously and as part of a team, motivated to learn, great attention to detail, can work to deadlines, tackles tasks in a logical way, takes ownership and shows persistency to get results, personable, interested in ecommerce, good numeracy skills, IT literate with a focus on email and excel. Sales experience would be a benefit but not essential.
You must have at least 5 National 5 grades, qualifications must include Maths and English.
- Monday – Friday
- £15000 – £17000
- Performance based bonus scheme up to 20% of salary
