Job Description
To help manage and help with IT Support:
- Handle all IT hardware/software support queries from staff
- Phone calls
- Emails
- Remote Sessions
- Support training sessions via ‘Skype for Business’
- Fix broken hardware in office
- Co-ordinate with Dell Support if required
Responsibilities and duties
IT Admin Tasks to complete when required:
- Processing hardware being returned and sent out to new joiners
- Setting up new joiners/administering leavers
- Purchase of new equipment
- Sharepoint and other admin to keep track of processes (such as joiners/leavers)
- Add data bolt-ons onto Meridian phones
- Managing hardware being used in the field:
- Periodically ask users for Belarc files to check for unauthorised software
- Data protection and confidentiality audits
On-Going IT Admin Tasks:
- Managing hardware being used out in the field
- AVG admin – licenses, remote admin, etc
- Remote Administration via ‘Skype for Business’ or Teamviewer where required
- Managing all office hardware and systems
- IT Hardware – computers, printers, router, etc
- Salesforce
- Mozy
- Office Broadband
- Meridian Website
- Basic Sharepoint Administration – Permissions, New folders, etc
- MOT maintenance and integrity audits
IT Projects:
- Website Development
- Project Database
- Update IT Policy
- Update IT procedure controls
- Re-structure Sharepoint Layout
- Tools – DILOs, etc
Meridian Projects – IT Work:
- Work as resource for projects to create tools
- Support any tools put in place
Training:
- Carry out training sessions – where required/appropriate
Desired skills

- Able to work well in team and individually
- Good communications skills
Required qualifications
5 National Level 5 grades, including Maths and English
Working week
Monday–Friday,
9am-5:30pm
37.5hrs per week
