A highly experienced Telecommunications and Electrical engineering company providing communications and electrical support to all types of business sectors from SME’s to large enterprises including the NHS.

They were initially formed to provide voice & data cabling infrastructure to local businesses including the NHS. Since its inception the group have expanded to offer a full range of Communications solutions as well as the addition of the Electrical Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a CRM system and ensure data is updated and accurate
  • Updating excel spread sheet with order details
  • Monitoring the incoming emails and providing
  • Webchat support through online systems
  • Order processing using internal order systems
  • Helping customers via phone and email
  • Good use of Outlook
  • Booking in jobs using digital booking systems
  • Ordering materials for site using digital order system
  • Creating O&M manuals
  • Relevant support using Microsoft packages
  • Raising customer invoices on sage
  • Basic accounting on sage
  • Raise purchase invoices on sage
  • Use of various excel spreadsheets
  • Collating paperwork from jobs from engineers/electricians
  • Payroll using Sage
  • Any additional ad hoc duties
  • Answering the incoming calls
  • General cleaning and tidying of the office

 

Required Skills:

  • Good Computer literacy (word, excel, email etc)
  • Good communication skills
  • Presentable
  • An awareness of customer care
  • Ability to communicate at all levels externally and internally
  • Previous administration experience desirable however not mandatory
  • Team Player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Quick learner
  • Good memory recall
  • Professional phone manner
  • Ability to listen and communicate
  • Reliable
  • Self Starter

 

Additional Information:

  • Monday-Friday
  • 40 hours
  • 9-5.30pm

 

Future Career Progression:

Salary increase to £5 per hour after 3 months
