We operate a manual sortation system, which allows us to be more flexible in the freight we carry and ensures we have a much lower incidence of damage compared to automated belt systems. It also allows us to effectively deal with a wider variety of freight.

Job Details:

Responsibilities

  • Liaising with customers and clients over the phone
  • Data entry
  • Liaising with drivers and customers to answer queries and follow through to a suitable solution
  • Reporting
  • Speaking and Communicating with Drivers
  • Organising and managing their workload effectively

Qualities/requirements

  • Confident speaking on the phone
  • Someone who can cope under pressure
  • Someone happy working in a fast paced environment
  • Team player with a can-do attitude

Qualifications required

5 standards (Level 1 – 3) OR 5 National Level 5 grades, both qualifications including Maths and English

Additional information

Working hours: Monday – Friday, Shift pattern – 7:00am-12pm, 11:00am-7:00pm and 9:00am-5:00pm

Salary per week – £160 per week
