A specialist provider of training and consultancy services to the Global Maritime sector including Oil and Gas, Renewable Energy, Offshore Construction and Cruise Lines are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join their head office based at Glasgow Airport and undertake their Digital Application Support Apprenticeship.

Job Details:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for client bookings
  • Ensure booking emails/calls are processed in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure joining instructions are sent to clients and delegates
  • Assist with the updating of timetable ensuring it is available for bookings and clients
  • Host clients on day of course and direct to respective sites/classroom
  • Ensure course numbers are not exceeded and report if running 50% below capacity within three weeks of course beginning
  • Report any change in course numbers/content to Compliance Officers before course commences and identify additional support or accommodation change if required
  • Review all delegate feedback and report on any negative or poor comments
  • Ensure Certificates are issued timeously
  • Ensure information submitted on certificates is accurate and in keeping with regulatory body conditions
  • Process all certificates and ensure delegates receive at the end of each course
  • Maintain filing system
  • Ensure general housekeeping is place
  • Provide first class customer service skills at all times
  • Any other duties as required by management

Required Skills:

  • Good Written & Verbal Communication skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Be able to deal with clients and colleagues at all levels Organised and be able to prioritise their own workload
  • Self motivated and pro active
  • Team Player
  • Good attention to detail


You must have at least 5 National 5 grades, qualifications must include Maths and English.

  • Monday-Friday
  • 8.30am-5.30pm
