You will be working for…

A rapidly growing furniture manufacturer who design, print and create their own designs of home furniture. Formed in 1998 they have a huge range including sofas, cushions, rugs, wall art, lamps and upholstery etc. As well as printing their own fabrics, using state-of–the-art technology created by their talented design team, they now have a worldwide customer base and their customers range from interior designers, garden centres and gift shops to leading department stores such as John Lewis.

Job Details:

In this job you will be…

  • Speaking on the phone to clients to book in returns
  • Filing returns into name/date order
  • Data entry by entering sample order numbers into the system
  • Providing support to the sales team
  • Liaise with relevant departments to ensure the customers’ query is responded to in a timely manner

Your training will…

Start with a 12-14 month Business apprenticeship, which consists of work-based assessment, covering: IT skills, Customer service, Administration and Complaints handling. With the opportunity of a 1 Day Microsoft Office Specialist training course at our training centre.

You will gain an SVQ in Business & Administration and Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS). This is a fantastic opportunity to start a long and rewarding career in Business Administration.
