Relaxed office environment with dress down every day and flexible working hours within reason. Every Friday the office closes at 15:00pm. Promise of progression after completion of the apprenticeship programme.
A young, dynamic architecture organization is going through a period of rapid expansion and is looking to bring on board a conscientious, friendly and professional administrator apprentice to assist the office manager with adhoc and office based tasks.
This organization is based in the Leith area of Edinburgh and prides itself in being a relaxed working environment. Excellent opportunity for a professional and friendly individual looking for an office based position.
Working alongside the office manager and other members of the organization. Key elements of the role will be checking the shared mail box and going through correspondence from clients and councils, filing important emails to an electronic filing system, using Excel spreadsheets, updating various records and forms as and when required, utilizing and filling in infromation to a bespoke government online portal and uploading documents to the portal, answering the telephone to key clients and answering any queries when required, any other adhoc duties as and when required.
Someone who has excellent attention to detail and is good at following instructions. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional and conscientious manner are essential. IT skills specifically Excel is a plus.
You must have at least 5 National 5 grades, qualifications must include Maths and English.
